Tile Roofing
Clay and concrete tile built for Florida’s climate, installed with the structural precision it demands.
Protect Your Home With a Tile Roof Built to Endure
At Pantheon, we install both clay and concrete tile systems, including flat and high-profile barrel tile applications. Tile demands precision at every layer, from the deck up. A displaced tile in a hurricane isn’t just a cosmetic problem. It’s an opening. What’s underneath has to be ready for that moment.

Before a single tile goes on, we install a self-adhered peel-and-stick underlayment that bonds directly to the roof deck. That layer seals the substrate and keeps the system watertight even when the tile above it takes a hit. It also requires fewer mechanical fasteners, which means fewer penetrations through the deck and a tighter assembly overall.
We then use a hybrid attachment method, combining mechanical fastening with advanced foam adhesive. That dual system significantly increases uplift resistance and exceeds Florida Building Code requirements.Â
- Peel-and-stick underlayment bonded directly to the deck
- Hybrid attachment system combining mechanical fasteners and foam adhesive
- Precise flashing at all valleys, penetrations, and transitions
When You Need to Replace Your Tile Roof
Age-Related Deterioration
- Cracked, broken, or slipping tiles that keep coming back after repairs
- Underlayment that has reached the end of its service life beneath otherwise intact tile
- Mortar at ridges and hips deteriorating or separating
- Recurring leaks with no single identifiable source
Storm Damage and Deferred Impact
- Displaced or missing tiles following a wind event
- Water intrusion at the deck level after heavy rain, even with tiles still in place
- Soft spots or staining in the attic indicating moisture has already passed through
- A storm event that may qualify for an insurance claim
Structural and Safety Concerns
- Sagging or uneven roof lines pointing to deck or framing compromise
- Deteriorating fascia and soffit tied to long-term moisture exposure beneath the tile
- Flashing at chimneys, skylights, or vents that has cracked, lifted, or separated
- A system that was originally installed without a proper underlayment layer
Home Value and Energy Efficiency
- Preparing to sell and needing a roof that will hold up to inspection
- Upgrading from an older tile system to one that meets current wind mitigation standards
- Looking to qualify for insurance discounts through verified roof-to-wall reinforcements
- Ready for a system installed with modern attachment methods and a clean warranty

Your Roof Problems aren't Getting Smaller
A cracked tile or failing mortar joint seems minor until the next storm proves otherwise. Tile roofing can mask water damage for months before it shows up on a ceiling. By then, the deck, the insulation, and sometimes the framing have already been compromised.
Catching it early is almost always the less expensive path. We’ll tell you honestly what the system needs, whether that’s a targeted repair or a full replacement that actually solves the problem.
