Metal Roofing
Standing seam and 5V crimp profiles, engineered for Florida’s heat, wind, and rain, and built to outlast almost everything else on the market.
Protect Your Home With a Metal Roof Built for the Long Run
At Pantheon, we install both standing seam hidden fastener and 5V crimp exposed fastener profiles. Each system is engineered differently, and we’ll help you understand which one fits your home, your budget, and your long-term goals. What both systems share is the same foundational installation standard we apply to every roof we build.

Before any panel goes on, we install a high-temperature-rated peel-and-stick underlayment specifically designed for metal roofing applications. Standard underlayments aren’t rated for the heat metal panels generate. This one is. It bonds directly to the deck, seals the substrate, and creates a continuous waterproof barrier that works independently of the metal above it.

We reinforce every deck seam with protective seam tape before the panels go on, closing the surface at the joints where moisture can find its way through. The result is a fully sealed assembly beneath a metal system already known for its durability.

When It's Time to Consider a Metal Roof
Aging or Failing Current System
- Current roof approaching or past its expected service life
- Repeated repairs that are no longer solving the underlying problem
- Shingle granule loss, tile cracking, or visible deck deterioration
- A system that has already been replaced once and is failing again
Storm Damage and Wind Exposure
- Significant wind or impact damage from a recent storm event
- Insurance claim situation where a full replacement is the right outcome
- Living in a high-wind corridor where long-term performance matters
- Looking for a system rated to handle Florida's most demanding weather conditions
Long-Term Value and Investment
- Planning to stay in the home long-term and wanting a roof that won't need replacing again
- Preparing to sell and looking for a high-value upgrade that stands out at inspection
- Interested in potential insurance premium reductions tied to a fortified metal roof system
Energy and Efficiency Concerns
- Rising cooling costs tied to poor roof performance or inadequate ventilation
- Interest in a system that reflects radiant heat rather than absorbing it
- A home that runs hot in summer and would benefit from a high-performance roof assembly
- Wanting a roof that contributes to overall building efficiency, not just covers the structure

Your Roof Problems aren't Getting Smaller
A roof that’s been patched twice has already told you something. At some point, the cost of the next repair starts to close in on the cost of doing it right. Metal roofing carries one of the longest lifespans of any residential system available. The math usually shifts faster than most homeowners expect.

We’ll give you the honest numbers and let you decide. No manufactured urgency, just a clear picture of where things stand.
