Shingle Roofing
Pantheon installs every shingle roof as a complete, engineered system, so it holds up to Florida’s storms, not just Florida’s code.
Protect Your Home With a Shingle Roof Built to Last
Most shingle roofs look the same from the street. The difference is everything underneath.

At Pantheon, we install Owens Corning shingle systems from deck to ridge cap. Every component, the underlayment, the shingles, the flashing, and the ventilation, comes from the same manufacturer and is engineered to work together.

Before the first shingle goes on, we install a self-adhered peel-and-stick underlayment that bonds directly to the roof deck.
We also apply Polyglass seam tape at every plywood joint. It’s a step most installers skip. It’s a step we don’t skip.
- Owens Corning certified installation
- Peel-and-stick underlayment bonded to the deck
- Polyglass seam tape at all plywood joints
- Precise nail placement in the reinforced nail zone
- No mixed-product systems
When You Need to Replace Your Shingle Roof
Age-Related Deterioration
- Shingles older than 20 to 25 years losing granules or curling at the edges
- Daylight visible through the attic boards
- Shingles cracking, blistering, or missing in multiple spots
- Increasing frequency of repairs with no clear end in sight
Storm Damage and Deferred Impact
- Missing shingles or exposed underlayment after a wind event
- Water stains on ceilings or attic insulation following heavy rain
- Soft spots on the deck suggesting moisture has already reached the substrate
- Storm damage that qualifies for an insurance claim
Structural and Safety Concerns
- Sagging sections of the roof line indicating deck compromise
- Deteriorating fascia or soffit linked to long-term moisture exposure
- Flashing around chimneys, skylights, or vents that has lifted or separated
- A roof that has already been patched over once, or more than once
Home Value and Energy Efficiency
- Planning to sell and needing a roof that will clear inspection
- Energy bills climbing due to poor attic ventilation or degraded insulation
- Wanting to upgrade to impact-resistant shingles for insurance discount eligibility
- Ready for a full system that is engineered to perform, not just installed to pass

Your Roof Problems aren't Getting Smaller
A shingle that lifts in April won’t fix itself by August. Water that gets under the deck in one storm will be back in the next. The longer a roof issue sits, the deeper it goes, and what starts as a repair becomes a full replacement.

The good news: most roofing problems are completely solvable when they’re caught early. We’ll tell you honestly whether a repair is the right call or whether a replacement protects you better in the long run.
