Meet the Owner, Carlos Mejia
With over 16 years of experience spanning real estate investment, land development, and construction management, Carlos brings a level of business discipline and craftsmanship standards rarely found in this industry.
Before founding Pantheon Roofing Systems, Carlos owned and operated a $7 million enterprise serving the Florida Department of Transportation and consulted for Paz Builders Group on commercial and industrial construction projects across Southwest Florida — a region his family has called home their entire lives.
His approach to roofing is simple: do it right the first time, own every outcome, and never compromise on what protects a family’s home.
Meet Kevin Hurley
Kevin brings 35 years of hands-on construction experience to every Pantheon project, and that depth shows in the details.
Kevin built his expertise in one of the most demanding roofing markets in the country: the Hamptons in Southampton, New York, where estate home standards leave zero room for error. He specializes in conventional roof framing, residential construction, and the kind of precision that only comes from decades on the job.
In Florida, Kevin holds three active licenses. residential building, pool construction, and roofing, giving him the range to oversee complex projects from the ground up. He has been a proud Southwest Florida resident for over a decade, serving the same community he’s raised his family in.
